Obuh mourns late Felagha, recalls how he handed him national team invitation

Former Nigerian coach John Sam Obuh has expressed regret at the unfortunate passing of late Junior international John Felagha who passed on in Saly, Senegal while awaiting return to Nigeria on holidays. 

According to Obuh, Felagha’s passing is unfortunate.

Obuh recalls how he handed the deceased a place in the Nigeria U17 national team to the 2009 FIFA U17 world cup hosted by Nigeria, as well as the 2011 Africa Youths Championship in South Africa.

He revealed that Felagha was spotted abroad at the Aspire Academy in Qatar when Nigeria camped there for the FIFA U17 world cup where they also used the Academy’s facilities.
