NPFL: Ilechukwu declares Rangers ready for title fight

Rangers technical adviser, Fidelis Ilechukwu says his side is not under pressure to win the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, title, DAILY POST reports.

The Flying Antelopes are among the clubs who are still in contention to win to win the title this season.

The Enugu club sit in second position on the league table behind Rivers United.

Only one point separates Rangers and Finidi George’s side on the table.

Ilechukwu declared that they will take each game as it comes.

“There is no different message, we don’t want to be under pressure because of the league. We take it one game after the other, after this game we talk about the next one,” Ilechukwu declared.

Rangers will entertain El-kanemi Warriors in a matchday 31 encounter at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu on Sunday (today).

The Coal City club are targeting a ninth NPFL title.
