Nigerian striker, Emmanuel Dennis has thanked his former club Watford following his move back to the Premier League.

The 24-year-old joined the newly promoted Premier League side, Nottingham Forest on Sunday, August 14 for an undisclosed transfer fee.

The ex-Club Brugge man took to his Twitter handle on Monday, August 15, to thank the Hornets and wished the club the best of luck for the season and in their future endeavours.

“Thank you Watford for everything, I want to wish the club all the best for this season and the future,

“Forever in my heart.” He wrote.

Dennis joined Watford last summer from Club Brugge in a deal that was worth £3m.

He was the Hornets' best performer last season after scoring 10 goals and recording 6 assists in 33 Premier League appearances.

Forest beat the likes of Everton and West Ham United to the signature of the Super Eagles striker.

Dennis will link up with fellow countryman, Taiwo Awoniyi who joined the club last month for a club-record fee of 17.5 million euros.
