Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca has ruled out some of his key players from the London Derby against Tottenham Hotspur this weekend.
Spurs will welcome the Blues to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday, December 8 in a crucial Premier League encounter.
Speaking ahead of the clash, Maresca disclosed that some of his players will not be available for the match.
The Italian tactician named Reece James and Wesley Fofana as players who are slowly getting back to fitness. He also noted that Ukrainian international Mykhailo Mudryk will not be available due to ill health.
“Both [Reece James and Wesley Fofana] are slowly getting better. But it is a matter of weeks, so they are still far [from returning].
“The only one who is still ill is Mykhailo Mudryk.
“The rest, they are all OK.”
After matchday 14, the Blues are sitting in second position in the Premier League, seven points behind leaders Liverpool.
