Below is a full list of winners at the just concluded 2019 CAF Awards hosted by the Confederation of African Football which held at the Albatros Citadel Sahl Hasheesh Resort in Hurghada, Egypt.
 Senegalese footballer, Sadio Mane won the men's category for African Player of the Year while Nigeria's Asisat Oshoala won the female category.
 Mane won the 28th edition of the CAF Awards by garnering 477 votes to beat his Liverpool teammate Mohamed Salah who came second with 325 votes. Algerian Manchester City player, Riyad Mahrez, came third with 267 votes.
 Oshoala who equalled the record held by her compatriot, Perpetual Nkwocha who has won it four times, got 351 votes. Cameroonian forward Ajara Nchout came second with 321 votes while Thembi Kgatlana had 247 votes.
