The Super Eagles of Nigeria lock horns with the Cranes of Uganda in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations’ last group-stage match.

The venue of attraction is the Complexe Sportif de Fes in Morocco, where the 2025 AFCON finals are taking place.

Eric Chelle’s side are eyeing a hundred percent record, having beaten Tanzania and Tunisia in their first two games.

A victory for the three-time African champions will cement their spot as Group C winners, heading into the knockout phase of the competition.

With qualification already in the bag, head coach Eric Chelle has fielded a reserve side against the Cranes.

Second-choice goalkeeper Francis Uzoho starts in post, replacing Stanley Nwabali.

The back four of Calvin Bassey, Bruno Onyemaechi, Igho Ogbu, and Ryan Alebiosu start in defence.

Raphael Onyedika and Dele-Bashiru have been deployed in the central midfield area, replacing Alex Iwobi and skipper Wilfred Ndidi.

Samuel Chukwueze and Moses Simon will operate from the wings, with Victor Osimhen and Paul Onuachu leading the line.
