The Super Eagles of Nigeria take on the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia in the second game at the ongoing 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in what has been described as a major test for the team in Group C.

The Eric Chelle-led side will hope to consolidate their 2–1 victory over Tanzania, thanks to goals from Semi Ajayi and Ademola Lookman.

They will be eyeing an early qualification for the Round of 16 with another win over the Carthage Eagles.

The North Africans themselves thrashed Uganda 3–0 in their opening fixture and will be keen to take control of Group C.
