'I saw the victory coming' – How TB Joshua predicted Super Eagles triumph at 2013 AFCON

The late founder of The Synagogue Church of All Nations, Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua, has been in the news recently for all the wrong reasons.

A soon-to-aired BBC expose claims to reveal some of the evil deeds by the late prophet who passed two years ago.

TB Joshua, as he was popularly called was known as a seer who could predict the future.

Among some of the events he rightly predicted was the Super Eagles' triumph at the 2013 Nations Cup in South Africa as per Sportsbrief.

Nigeria beat Burkina Faso 1-0 in the finals courtesy of Sunday Mba's second-half strike which sealed the Super Eagles third Nations Cup title.

As per reports, Prophet TB Joshua prophesied about Nigeria winning what was a cagey final between the two West African Nations.

"I told you that the Eagles' case was like the biblical Jacob who wrestled with God, saying that he would not let Him go unless God blessed him. I saw the victory coming," he said.

Among some of the other football games TB Joshua reportedly predicted were Ghana's satellite triumph at the U-20 World Cup in Egypt and the Black Stars versus Super Eagles at the 2010 Nations Cup in Angola.
