Watford's latest recruit, Emmanuel Dennis has said he is excited about the opportunity to play alongside, Senegalese forward, Ismaïla Sarr.

The former Club Brugge man opened the scoring after he was gifted a pass from Ismaila Sar.

However, the 23-year-old returned the favor when he set up Ismaila Sar to score the second goal for Watford in front of their own crowd, reports Brila.net.

In a chat with the Club’s official website, the striker said he’s enjoying sharing pitch with his fellow African.

“We get along well in training when we play together and I know he’s going to be really important for me if I’m going to be in the number nine,” he told the club’s official website.

“I’m really happy with the combination. It’s a process, so I’m really happy we started in a good way and we keep working.”

On his debut goal, The Nigeria international said, the memories will stay with him for the rest of his life.

“I’ll remember this for all my life,” he said. “I’m speechless; I don’t know what to say!”

“I’m really happy because we’ve been working hard for a really long time so I’m happy we could give the fans a good performance and they can go home smiling.” He concluded.
