Henry Onyekuru could make history with Adana Demirspor

Super Eagles forward Henry Onyekuru and his Adana Demirspor teammates have it all to play for when they host Besiktas at the New Adana Stadium on Thursday night.

Adana Demirspor are unbeaten in the last 11 league games and avoiding defeat later tonight means, they will achieve an important milestone in the history of the club by setting new unbeaten record.

The Mavi Şimşekle are also aiming to end their poor run of 10 games without a victory against Besiktas.

They will also consolidate their spot in second place, should they pick up a win; it’ll being them within two points of league leaders Fenerbahce.

Onyekuru is one of the players, Coach Vicenzo Montella is banking on to help achieve keep that run going.

Onyekuru, who is on loan at the club from Olympiakos, has scored four goals and notched one assist in twelve matches this season.
