Ejuke bags 4th assist, Ilenikhena scores 8th league goal in Antwerp’s away win

Chidera Ejuke provided the assist for George Ilenikhena to score the only goal as Royal Antwerp pipped Kortrijk 1-0 in the Belgian league on Saturday.

Ejuke has provided four assist in 20 league appearances this season for the Belgian champions.

While, 17-year-old Ilenikhena has scored eight goals in 27 games in the topflight.

Ejuke set up Ilenikhena for the goal which came in the 31st minute of the tight encounter.

Also in action for Antwerp were Alhassan Yusuf, who played for 90 minutes and Victor Udoh, brought on in the 92nd minute.

Antwerp are unbeaten in their last four games and have also won their last three fixtures.

They move up to third place on 51 points and are in the race for a Championship playoff round.
