Nigerian international Alex Iwobi has been voted Fulham’s Goal of the Month winner for April.

Iwobi’s strike against Chelsea in the Premier League on April 20 was shortlisted for the award.

The 29-year-old scored Fulham’s consolation goal in their 2-1 loss to the Blues at Craven Cottage.

The superb strike marked the attacking midfielder’s ninth Premier League goal of the season.

However, Iwobi faces stiff competition from Rodrigo Muniz, Ryan Sessegnon, Seth Ridgeon, Emile Smith Rowe, and Nigerian-born Chibuzo Nwoko.
