After a disappointing start to his campaign, Samuel Chukwueze has emerged as one of the currently in-form players in the Premier League.
Chukwueze was one of the Super Eagles players who secured a move on transfer deadline day from AC Milan to Fulham on a season-long loan deal.
The 26-year-old teamed up with his Super Eagles compatriots Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey at Craven Cottage.
After battling injuries that marred the start of his season, Chukwueze has picked up astonishing form in recent matches.
According to Sky Sports, the Super Eagles winger was one of the in-form players in the Premier League prior to Fulham's defeat to Crystal Palace over the weekend.
Chukwueze's remarkable stats of two goals and three assists in 229 minutes of football before their last game represented the best minutes-per-goal-contribution ratio among over 200 players.
The former Villarreal man was averaging a goal contribution every 46 minutes before their loss to Crystal Palace. However, this stat dropped to 76 minutes after he failed to register a goal contribution against Oliver Glasner's side.
Chukwueze found the back of the net, but the goal was chalked off after VAR adjudged him to be in an offside position.
