Popular football agent, Jorge Mendes has backed his client Ansu Fati to win the Ballon d’Or in the near future.

Mendes who is a former agent of Al-Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo stressed that Fati who is one of the youngest and brightest talent in the world has no plans of leaving Barcelona.

Speaking to Jijantes FC, Mendes said: “Ansu wants to stay. He has scored three goals in his last games.

“He is one of the best young players in the world. One day he will win the Ballon d’Or.”

Fati has been linked with a move away from Barcelona this summer.

The Spaniard has attracted interest from Premier League side Arsenal.
