Super Eagles forward Tolu Arokodare has expressed his desire to make an impact at Ajax Amsterdam.
The 25-year-old joined the Eredivisie giants on a season-long loan from Wolves, following the club's relegation from the Premier League last season.
Arokodare made a blistering start to life at his new club after scoring for Ajax against FC Volendam in a pre-season friendly last weekend.
The former Genk striker has hailed the mentality and vibe of the team, which he claims has helped him settle down.
"The players and the coaches are very welcoming. The mentality is great. The team knows what happened last season and what we have to do this season. When you step onto the training field, you can feel the mentality. Everyone wants to win and return to the top," Arokodare told Ajaxlife.
The Nigerian international expressed his desire to fight for the team with goals.
"I want to help the team by scoring goals. I know how to score. That's my job. If I don't score, I try to make it hell for the defenders. If I fight for the team, the individual success will follow."
