The Nigerian star recently made a switch to the Italian League from Lille.

Nigerian star Victor Osimhen gave Napoli fans a glimpse of what to expect when the season finally kicks off a few weeks from now.

The 21-year-old made a switch to the Italian League side this month in a deal valued around €50 million from Ligue 1 outfit Lille.

Osimhen attracted a number of interests from top European club managers including Jose Mourinho but decided to sign for Gennaro Gattuso’s team eventually.

His explosive contribution in his debut season in France made him the most wanted striker this summer transfer window and he will hope to continue in that form for his new team.

The Super Eagles attacker got Napoli's fans cheering after scoring his first goal for the club during their preparation towards the coming season at Castel di Sangro in Abruzzo.

He ran into the six-yard box to connect with a cross from the right-wing and thankfully, he was able to put the ball in the back of the net.

With a few fans allowed to watch the training session, Osimhen showed the quality he is made of while playing along with the likes of Dries Mertens, Lorenzo Insigne, Arkadiusz Milik, Matteo Politano and Kalidou Koulibaly.

Legit.ng earlier reported that Victor Osimhen seems to be settling down at his new club Napoli as a photo of the player on a cruise on a private yacht has surfaced online.

It was earlier gathered that the 21-year-old was already shopping for an apartment in Naples after he completed a record €50 million (about N23 billion) switch from French club Lille to the Italian side.

The former youth international made an impressive mark in France in his debut season, scoring 18 goals and six assists across competitions for Lille.
