Nigeria head coach Eric Chelle has unveiled his starting lineup for the Super Eagles’ last group-stage match against Uganda at the ongoing 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.

Omonia Nicosia goalkeeper Francis Uzoho replaces Chippa United’s Stanley Nwabali in post. It is Uzoho’s first start since the last edition of the Nations Cup in Ivory Coast.

The Malian tactician has started a back four of Calvin Bassey, Bruno Onyemaechi, Igho Ogbu, and Ryan Alebiosu in defence.

Club Brugge midfielder Raphael Onyedika and Dele-Bashiru will operate in the central midfield area.

Samuel Chukwueze and Moses Simon will operate from the wings, with Victor Osimhen and Paul Onuachu leading the line.

The game will kick off at 5:00 pm local time.
