Super Eagles defender, Ola Aina is set to make a quick recovery from injury in time to play in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.

The update was provided by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) after President Ibrahim Musa Gusau visited the injured defender in London, as the fullback recovers and continues his rehabilitation.

“NFF President Ibrahim Musa Gusau paid a visit to Super Eagles defender Ola Aina in London, wishing him a speedy recovery as he continues his rehabilitation,” the NFF shared on X.

Recall Aina suffered an injury he sustained during the World Cup qualifiers against South Africa in Bloemfontein in September.

He was forced off and later underwent surgery after scans revealed the severity of the tear, ruling him out for several months and halting a strong start to the season with Nottingham Forest.
