2026 WCQ: Super Eagles set to hold first training session in Blomfeinteim ahead of SA clash

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will hold their first training session in Bloemfontein ahead of their World Cup qualifier against South Africa.

The first training session will take place on Monday night (6:00 p.m. Nigerian time) at the Toyota Stadium.

The opening 15 minutes of the session will be open to fans and the media, as disclosed by the media officer of the team, Promise Efoghe.

The Super Eagles landed in South Africa on Sunday evening ahead of the mammoth clash.

Eric Chelle made the trip to South Africa with 22 players, with Victor Osimhen missing out due to injury sustained in the last game against Rwanda on Saturday.

Hugo Broos' side will host the Super Eagles at the Toyota Stadium, Bloemfontein, on Tuesday, September 9.
