Femi Fani Kayode, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) says the allegations against late televangelist, Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua, popularly known as T.B Joshua are nothing but "dirty lies".

This comes after an expose by the BBC that revealed the alleged secret life of the late prophet as not less than 25 ex-church members accused him of several atrocities, including rape.

Prophet T.B Joshua was accused of sexual assault, physical abuse, fabricated miracles, and trauma.

The former Aviation Minister in his reaction to the investigative documentary faulted the BBC piece saying the late prophet fought a good fight before his death.

He said in a post on his social media pages: “So true! You touched many lives, fought a good fight, stood till the end and established a great and enduring legacy.

“No man or institution can destroy it with dirty lies: not even the BBC!

“Continue to rest in peace brother and thanks for being such a blessing to the Church, the Christian faith, humanity and our beloved nation Nigeria.

“We are and shall always be very proud of you”.
