Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen is edging closer to becoming Galatasaray’s all-time leading foreign goalscorer.
The 27-year-old has scored a remarkable 68 goals since joining Galatasaray from Napoli in 2024.
Osimhen’s 68 goals put him in third place on the list of the club’s highest-scoring foreign players.
Former Galatasaray captain Mauro Icardi currently leads the ranking with 77 goals, while Romanian legend Gheorghe Hagi is second with 72 goals.
This means the Nigerian international needs just 10 more goals to surpass Icardi’s record at Galatasaray.
With the pace at which the former Napoli star is firing on all cylinders, Osimhen has been tipped to claim the record.
The former African Footballer of the Year has made an impressive start to the season, scoring nine goals and providing three assists in nine appearances across all competitions.
