The United States of Biafra Government has condemned in the strongest terms the forceful removal and abduction of the Secretary of Defence of the United States of Biafra (USB), Gen. Rabbi, by operatives of the Department of State Service (DSS) on Thursday night.
It noted that Gen. Rabbi’s Pastor, Sam Awodi of the Generation of God bible church, Ankpa, Kogi State, was also forcefully taken by the DSS and used to entrap Gen. Rabbi, who was waiting to offer emergency help to his pastor, who called for his broken bike.
USB said Gen. Rabbi immediately informed his mother that it was the DSS men and that they were taking him to the DSS Office, Ankpa area 1, Kogi State.
"This is not an arrest. This is a forceful removal and an attack on the United States of Biafra Government, and a continuation of the Nigerian state's terrorism against Biafran officials.
"Gen. Rabbi has not committed any crime except seeking the self-determination and freedom of his people - United States of Biafra Christian Nation that has vowed not to cohabit with reintegrated terrorists sponsored by the Nigerian state.
"This is a systemic crime by the Nigerian state against the United States of Biafra people. From Mazi Nnamdi Kanu (MNK), who has been illegally detained and persecuted, to Prime Minister Simon Ekpa, who is being targeted in Finland through Nigeria's political pressure, to now Gen. Rabbi abducted by DSS — this is a coordinated attack on Biafran leadership.
"The Nigerian state is criminalising the Biafran struggle for self-determination while committing state terrorism against our people and reintegrating Muslim extremists," USB said in a statement.
Their demands: 1. Immediate and unconditional release of Gen. Rabbi and all United States of Biafra detainees by Nigeria's DSS.
2. Immediate Removal of Nigeria from the UN Human Rights Council
Seat. Not removing Nigeria from this UN Council Seat means that UN is supporting Terrorism.
3. Call on the international
Community, the UN, the US, the AU and the EU to take note of this illegal abduction.
The DSS is yet to confirm the arrest of Ge. Rabbi.
