The Madagascar national team arrived in Uyo on Monday, September 21, ahead of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier clash with the Super Eagles.

The team touched down at about 2:05 pm at the Victor Attah International Airport.

A 28-man delegation arrived in Uyo, including players and officials, with another batch expected to arrive on Tuesday.

The Madagascar team and officials proceeded to their team hotel after touching down.

The Super Eagles will host the Barea of Madagascar at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, on Friday, September 25, in their opening fixture of the qualifiers.

Madagascar will return home to host the Taifa Stars of Tanzania in their second fixture four days later.
