Lawyer and activist Deji Adeyanju has said President Bola Tinubu is only afraid of a united front put together by northern leaders.

According to him, Tinubu is not afraid of the South because the leaders are not united in a common front.

He said, "Tinubu only fears the North and northern leaders as far as 2027 is concerned. They are so scared northern Nigeria are planning to surprise him which is why all the fear of ADC. There is no one in southern Nigeria that worries him. He thinks the North want to give him GEJ treatment."

Furthermore, Adeyanju stated that if the north dares to oppose Tinubu, his re-election might be stopped.

"You mean Ayo Fayose’s candidate for 2027 and the obidients, lol. Only northern Nigeria can stop Tinubu from rigging the 2027 election if they decide to oppose him. Forget about southern Nigeria, it’s gone. The North only hears go when they decide and not come. They have too much capacity," he said.
