Maduka Okoye is not expected to be sidelined for a lengthy spell after picking up an injury on international duty this week.
Okoye returned to Italy early after sustaining a thigh injury in training ahead of Nigeria’s friendly against Jordan on Tuesday.
The Nigeria international was initially expected to be sidelined for a couple of weeks.
According to Italian website, TMT, the goalkeeper’s injury isn’t as bad as first feared.
Okoye will undergo routine checks with the Udinese medical staff before joining team training.
Udinese will take on Como in their next league game on Monday.
