Isaac Fayose has said his elder brother, former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, is ready to carry the bag of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.
This was after Fayose described Wike as the leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and that he and others are willing to follow him.
Fayose made the comment following the conclusion of the PDP National Convention, which saw Wike's men emerge as party EXCOs.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has also recognised the EXCO, thereby cementing Wike's grip on the PDP.
Reacting to the former governor's support for Wike, his brother Isaac said his actions are tied to money.
He told News Central, "It's because they are helping each other with our land. Anywhere belly face. My brother (Ayo Fayose) is ready to carry Wike’s bag as long as money is involved."
