Victor Osimhen is looking forward to Galatasaray’s Istanbul derby with Besiktas, DAILY POST reports.
Okan Buruk’s side extended their lead at the top of the log to five points following the 3-1 home win over Alanyaspor on Saturday night.
Second-placed Fenerbahce can reduce the lead to two points with a win against Antalyalspor on Sunday (today).
Trabzonspor, who defeated Fatih Karamguruk 3-1 at the Papara Park on Friday night, are seven points behind.
The trip to Besiktas next weekend could prove decisive in the title race.
Osimhen insisted that the clash with the Black Eagles will be vital in their title pursuit.
“The Beşiktaş match is a critical one. We’re taking it one match at a time. Of course, it will be a big match,” Osimhen told the club’s official website.
