Pastor Paul Enenche of Dunamis International Gospel Centre has said men should not expect a wife to cater for the home when she earns way more than the husband.

According to him, if a wife earns N1 million and her husband earns N100,000 in salary, the husband is to use his salary to run the house while the wife keeps her own money.

According to Enenche, while delivering a sermon to his congregation, the wife will appreciate the husband more if he uses his own money to run the house.

He said, "Your wife is on one million naira a month and you are on one hundred thousand naira a month. Maybe because you could't get a good job or things have not picked up yet. Don't expect her to use her one million to take care of you and the house.

"She knows you are one hundred thousand. Out of that hundred thousand, you can split it in two and say ' madam, take this sicty, I'm coming, when things get better, you will feel it.' That woman will love you. Can I give you a prophecy? That sixty thousand is more valuable to her than her one million. Sixty thousand that her husband gave her is sweeter."
