Okeke Chika Jerry, representing the BOOT Party, is a distinguished self-made scholar and entrepreneur hailing from Ezinifite in Aguata Local Government Area, Anambra State. Overcoming modest beginnings, he diligently financed his education, earning degrees in Civil Engineering from IMT Enugu and Geological Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.

A prolific author with over 100 published books utilised nationwide, Jerry is also the founder of Edumail Publications Limited, which has created numerous employment opportunities for youths. His leadership extends beyond his professional pursuits, as he has served in various community and Christian organisational roles and has participated in multiple electoral contests, including the Anambra governorship election under the BOOT Party.
