Former Super Eagles midfielder Sunday Oliseh has showered encomiums on Chelsea's prodigy Estevão Willian following the Blues' impressive victory over Liverpool in the Premier League.

Despite having the core of the team sidelined due to injury, the Blues managed to secure a 2-1 victory over the Premier League title holders at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, October 4.

Moisés Caicedo gave Enzo Maresca's side the lead with a thunderstrike in the first half before Cody Gakpo equalized for the Reds in the second half.

Estevão scored a late winner deep in stoppage time to secure all three points for the Blues.

Reacting to the game, Oliseh singled out Estevão for praise for his remarkable display.

“Rarely lately have I gotten the opportunity to say this, but Chelsea were impressive today. Loved Caicedo’s thunderstrike for 1st goal and… this Estevão player has everything to be a superstar! Mama mia, what a player! E wan kill Liverpool left-back, oh my God,” Oliseh wrote on X.
