CAF appoints officials for Nigeria vs. Rwanda FIFA World Cup qualifier

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has named the match officials for Nigeria's crucial FIFA World Cup qualifier against Rwanda.

Chadian referee Alhadji Allaou Mahamat has been appointed as the centre referee for the encounter, which will see the Super Eagles host the Amavubi of Rwanda at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo.

Mahamat will be assisted by Bogollah Issa (Assistant Referee One), Moussa Hafiz (Assistant Referee Two), and Abdelkerim Ousmane, who will serve as the fourth official.

Egyptian official Abdelsalam Mahmoud has been designated as the match assessor, while Bakary Jammeh from The Gambia will serve as the Match Commissioner.

Nigeria will face Rwanda on Saturday, September 6, with kick-off scheduled for 5:00 p.m. Nigerian time.
