The mystery surrounding Victor Osimhen's future could be over in the coming days, according to recent reports.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano says Galatasaray and Napoli have resumed negotiations over a possible move for the Nigerian striker.

Galatasaray are proposing an initial €40 million immediate payment, with the remaining €35 million of his release clause paid in instalments.

In a post on X, Romano tweeted:

"Galatasaray and Napoli, back in active talks today to get Victor Osimhen deal done.
€40m immediate payment, €35m in installments now being discussed with payment terms as key factor as well as bank guarantees."

Osimhen joined Galatasaray on a season-long loan in September last year after falling out with Napoli.

The 26-year-old had a remarkable campaign with the Turkish giants last season, registering 37 goals in 41 appearances across all competitions.
