Premier League giants Chelsea have suffered a fresh injury setback ahead of their semi-final clash against Fluminense in the FIFA Club World Cup.
According to the Blues manager Enzo Maresca, Belgian international Romeo Lavia will not be available for the game due to injury.
Maresca, in his pre-match press conference, disclosed that Lavia will not feature against the Brazilian giants due to a muscle injury.
Lavia, 21, missed Chelsea's last game against Palmeiras after sustaining the injury against Benfica in the round of 16.
“Romeo is training already but is unfortunately not training with us, so he is not ready for tomorrow,” Maresca told reporters ahead of the semi-final clash.
The winner of the tie will face either Paris Saint-Germain or Real Madrid in the final.
