Sky Bet Championship outfit West Bromwich Albion has reportedly decided not to sanction the sale of Josh Maja in January.

Maja has been instrumental for West Brom this season, scoring crucial goals for the club.

The 25-year-old is currently the leading top scorer in the Championship with 10 goals.

Maja's fine form has attracted interests from clubs in England and other European clubs by extension.

However, the club's insider, Callum Burgess has disclosed that the club is not ready to accept any offers for their Starman.

“It would be a move that many Albion fans wouldn’t have seen coming,” Burgess told Football League World.

“And nor would they expect it to formalise either because of Maja’s such high importance to the team.”
