Nigerian international Samuel Chukwueze produced a stellar performance as AC Milan thrashed Sassuolo 6-1 in the Coppa Italia on Tuesday, December 3.
The 25-year-old netted a first-half brace to set the tone for a dominant performance by Paulo Fonseca's side at the San Siro.
The Super Eagles winger opened the scoring in the 12th minute before adding to his tally nine minutes later on his 50th Milan appearance.
Rafael LeΓ£o, Tijjani Reijnders, skipper Davide Calabria, and Tammy Abraham were all on the scoresheet as the Rossoneri recorded a comprehensive victory at home.
Italian international Samuele Mulattieri scored the only consolation goal for Sassuolo in the 59th minute.
Chukwueze has so far registered three goals and one assist in 17 appearances across all competitions for Milan this season.
