Former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, has been remanded into the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

On Wednesday, at the High Court in Abuja, Justice Maryanne Anenih ordered the remand of a former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, in the custody of the EFCC.

The judge also adjourned the case until December 10, 2024, to rule on his bail application.

Yahaya Bello along with two others, Shuaibu Oricha and Abdulsalam Hudu, are facing 16 counts of charges brought against them by the EFCC.
