'Shameless woman' - Aisha Yesufu receives backlash from Nigerians for sharing old video to taunt Tinubu

Activist, Aisha Yesufu, has received criticisms from Nigerians on social media after she took to her X page (formerly Twitter), to call out the federal government over the hardship in the country led by President Bola Tinubu.

The video posted on her page on Monday, April 8, 2024, showed residents looting a trailer full of goats.

Aisha Yesufu captioned the video; "this country is unraveling before our very eyes and we are still praying instead of using the brain God gave us."

Nigerians who came across her posts, took to her comment section to rain insults on her. They slammed her for publishing an old video which was taken in 2020.

Many questioned her intention for misleading the youths, despite the country being faced with hardship.
