Our clergies are worse than illiterates; only seeking money - Buba Galadima

Chieftain of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, Buba Galadima, has described the clergies in Nigeria as illiterates following their actions prior to the 2023 general election.

He said these clerics are only after money, hence their fake prophecies and premonitions.

According to Galadima, those who sold their votes for Indomie and N200 are currently shedding tears. In response to the loud outcry from Nigerians, Galadima said “let them die. It’s their fault.”

The chieftain said this in an interview on Untold Stories with Adesuwa.

“There is nothing under the sun that I have not said before this election. Nigerians decided to take Indomie, N200 and voted for rocks across the country. The BBC, Voice of America, they had requested to interview me. I said no. All the things I needed to say, I said them before the election.

Speaking on the recent hardship in the country, Galadima said, "let them die. It's their fault."

He added, “You see, our clergies are worse than illiterates. They are only after money. And these are people that will tell you that don’t vote for Mr so so so because he doesn’t have money. Is it that money that qualifies you to be a good leader? Now I don’t have money, can any of those who have money talk to you the way I’m talking?”

In the same interview, Galadima stated that he is supporting President Bola Tinubu 100 percent to deal with Nigerians.
