This guy irritates me - Obidients drag Wike over hurtful comments about Peter Obi

Nyesom Wike Nyesom Wike

Some social media users who appear to be sympathizers of Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party has called out on social media have called out the Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Nyesom Wike for several comments he made about their principal after the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal upheld Bola Tinubu’s victory in the February 2023 presidential election.

Wike in his reaction to the judgment on Wednesday, September 8 in an interview on Channels TV said he was positive Peter Obi wasn't going to win the election. In the same interview, Wike blasted Obi for rejecting the results of the tribunal asking the former Anambra governor to tell the whole world if he paid a bribe to reclaim his mandate at the court when he was removed as governor of Anambra State.

Wike's comment cited in a viral video has been met with fierce resistance from supporters of Obi, who are popularly called Obidients.

The immediate past Governor of Rivers had also claimed that the supporters of Obi don’t know politics.

Wike, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, publicly declared support for the All Progressives Congress, APC’s candidate, Tinubu and worked for his victory in Rivers State.

See how Obidients reacted

sholathevaluer commented: PDP is too weak a party to sanction Wike. Glaring anti-party activities, yet they’re toothless smh

adamudavid48 commented: Wike is a confuse man. He need help seriously

ejio.phil wrote: Wike has sabotaged PDP... simply because of self interest and greed.

thebabadee commented in a rather long reactions: There is nothing wrong with Obi’s case except miscarriage of justice.

The Appeal Court needs to explain this further after the Supreme Court looks into it.

I will give you just one instance to prove miscarriage of justice.

In 2019, Imo State Guber election, the same Court of Appeal voided the candidature of Uche Nwosu over double nomination as he was unable to withdraw properly from APC before joining AA, in a suit filed by APP(Another political party)

On Wednesday, we heard from the justices that another political party cannot challenge same double nomination of a candidate of another party they have ruled in before to disqualify someone.

So, was it not this same court of appeal that voided Uche Nwosu's candidacy over double nomination in a suit filed by another political party (APP)?

DON’T BE LAZY, GO AND MAKE RESEARCH ON THIS INFORMATION AND COME BACK.

I want you to make this research on your own and shame me here if I lied. The entire documents as regards that judgement are in the public domain

So, how can the Court of Appeal approbate on Uche Nwosu’s case over same double nomination and reprobate on Shettima’s case over same double nomination?

THE ABOVE IS AN INDICATION THAT THEY ONLY SERVED JUDGEMENT, NOT JUSTICE.
