Reactions as old video of Nigerian politicians being serenaded by American singer Toni Braxton pops up

An old video of Nigerian politicians blushing with smiles and excitement as American singer, Toni Braxton serenaded them.

Recall that during the 60th birthday party of ThisDay Magazine CEO, Prince Nduka Obaigbena, Toni Braxton made an appearance.

The event had the presence of Governors and some top politicians.

In viral video, the American singer was seen performing her famous song, 'Breathe Again' as she walked towards the table of the top politicians.

As she serenaded them, she went to each of the notable men and gave them a hug causing them to brim with smiles and excitement. This politicians who could not hold back their joy did not hesitate to take a selfie with the 51-year-old R&B singer.

Some of the politicians spotted at the event include, Governor of Edo, Godwill Obaseki; All Progressive Congress (APC) chieftain, Tonye Cole; among others.

The video which recently popped up on the internet has caused a stir on social media as Nigerians took a swipe at the politicians who have the habit of celebrating while the citizens languish in poverty.
