Super Falcons defender, Ashleigh Plumptre stole the show during celebrations after Nigeria's victory over Australia at the FIFA Women's World Cup.

The English-born defender impressed as the Super Falcons staged a comeback to beat the co-hosts in Brisbane and go top of Group B.

The team celebrated wildly after the match with scenes from the dressing room showing players enjoying the moment.

In a video shared on social media, Plumptre is seen displaying her dance skills as her teammates watched her is bewilderment.

In a thrilling 110 minutes of football, it was the Matildas who took the lead through Emily van Egmond in the 45th minute, but lead lasted for only few minutes as Uchenna Kanu levelled at the stroke of half-time.

The West African giants took the lead after the break through Osinachi Ohale before second-half substitute and Barcelona Femeni star, Asisat Oshoala, extended their advantage.

With a minute left to end the game, the Matildas pulled one back through Alana Kennedy, as reported by Al Jazeera.

Nigeria will next play Ireland with a chance to progress to the knockout stage.
