Controversial politician, Adamu Garba has appealed to Nigerians to bear with President Bola Tinubu as he is working to get Nigerians on the ‘right and pragmatic pedestal.'
Garba, a chieftain of the ruling party made the appeal in a tweet on Tuesday, July 18.
Nigerians woke up to the news of an increment in petrol pump price from 539 to N617 per litre, on Tuesday, July 18.
The increment has caused further hardship on poor Nigerians
Posting via his Twitter handle, Garba wrote; "Dear Nigerians, Bear with President Tinubu. He is working to get us on the right, pragmatic pedestal. Tinubu knows exactly what he is doing and it is for the benefit of all of us. Trust him, like I do."
Ekiti State Governor, Abiodun Oyebanji has also urged Nigerians to exercise patience with the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu over the sudden hike in the pump price of petrol which had been increased to N617 per litre.
He noted that recent fuel subsidy removal must have caused Nigerians some difficulties but assured them that they would soon get the benefit of their sacrifices.
He stated this at the National Assembly during a courtesy visit to the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, the Senate leader, and all senators from Ekiti State.

Bear with President Tinubu. He is working to get us on the right, pragmatic pedestal.
Tinubu knows exactly what he is doing and it is for the benefit of all of us. Trust him, like I do.
