FFK deletes Instagram post confirming Dele Alake's appointment as Tinubu's presidential spokesman

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Femi Fani-Kayode has deleted his Instagram post which disclosed that former Lagos State Commissioner of Information, Dele Alake has been appointed as the Presidential Spokesman.

Fani-Kayode in a now-deleted post on the picture-sharing app confirmed that "his friend" Dele Alake had been appointed as the spokesman for the president.

He wrote in the post he shared on Monday, May 29: "Congrats to my friend and brother Dele Alake for being appointed as the Presidential Spokesman to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu."

There are also rife reports that Kunle Adeleke has been named as the State Chief of Protocol (SCOP) to the President while APC National Youth Leader Olusegun Dada was named as Special Assistant to the President on Digital Media.

The appointments are with immediate effect, TheNigeriaLawyer learnt
