'Money mixed with greed' - Reactions as Action Alliance withdraws petition against Tinubu

Bola Tinubu Bola Tinubu

The Action Alliance's (AA) decision to drop its petition against the president-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has sparked a lot of reactions.

The AA has dropped the petition it filed against Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, and the Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC).

No explanation for the withdrawal was given when the pre-hearing of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal got underway on Monday in Abuja.

The party sought to end future proceedings in the case on Monday, May 8, through a team of attorneys led by Mr. Oba Maduabuchi, SAN, just after the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) began its pre-hearing session.

Social media users have reacted to the development in a variety of ways.

Many people believe that the All Progressives Congress (APC) have given the Action Alliance money hence their reason for withdrawing the petition filed against Bola Tinubu and INEC.
