Arsenal fans have taken to social media to vent their spleen at midfielder Thomas Partey after the Gunners dropped points against bottom place Southampton.

The Premier League leaders had to fight from two goals down to draw 3-3 at the Emirates after late goals from Martin Ordegaard and Bukayo Saka.

Partey was singled out for blame by fans after a lackadaisical performances against the Saints.

Southampton wasted no time at the Emirates after Carlos Alcaraz and Theo Walcott shot them into a two-goal lead after just 15 minutes.

Gabriel Martinelli - Arsenal's leading scorer in the league - pulled one back immediately.

However, the relegation-threatened Southampton extended their lead after the break through Duje Caleta-Car before two goals in two minutes from Arsenal ensured the game ended in a draw.
