2018 video of Sen. Remi Tinubu describing Dino Melaye as Saraki's 'beloved son' resurfaces

A 2018 video of the former first lady of Lagos State, Oluremi Tinubu describing Dino Melaye who was a senator representing Kogi West the "beloved son" of Abubakar Bukola Saraki has emerged on social media.

Senator Tinubu's jab to Dino was in reaction to Senate President, Bukola Saraki calling Sen. Dino to move the adoption of the days proceeding.

She also accused Saraki of awarding Dino the best-dressed senator in the house at the time as they marked Valentine's Day.

She said: Mr President, thank you for inviting me but I should have moved the motion because one you are a ranking senator, senior to your beloved son and because this is what they call partiality.

"He is your beloved son in whom you are well pleased and we know that."
