These photos of Peter Obi, Obasanjo will make you smile

Photos of Peter Obi of the Labour Party and former President Olusegun Obasanjo has been cited on social media.

The photos which were shared on the Instagram account of the LP Presidential candidate have generated varied reactions.

He wrote: "I am very grateful for the quiet time with the former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo at the Anambra airport yesterday. We exchanged views on the state of play and state of the nation."

The photos show both men on the tarmac at the airport in Akwa, the capital of Anambra State.

They were in Akwa to celebrate Charles Soludo's one year in office as governor of the state.

Obasanjo is believed to be one of the prominent Nigerian leaders who backed Obi before the presidential election.
