There appear to be some form of trauma and uneasiness in Nigeria after the results of the Saturday, February 25, presidential and national assembly elections were declared.

Recall that Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was announced winner of the elections after he defeated his close contenders Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP).

MyNigeria TV took to the streets of Accra to find out from some Nigerians living in Ghana their views on the outcome of the elections.

Although, majority of them were dissatisfied with the results, they said they took solace in Peter Obi's words, "stay calm".

They said they prayed for hope and knew Obi was the one to liberate them but since it didn't go as expected, they'd urge everybody to stay put and rally behind Obi in these trying times.

The people were hopeful that Obi will take the matter to court and the "stolen mandate will be returned" to him.

Some people, however, beseeched that Obi takes the issue to court and provide every necessary evidence reiterating that the mandate would be returned to him since it had been stolen.

Watch them speak in the video below:
