Dino Melaye, the spokesperson of the Atiku/Okowa Campaign Council has called on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to look into the viral video that shows voting massively for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

Dino, who is also the PDP National Collation Agent said in a post on his Instagram page: "See what Apc is doing in Maiduguri. INEC take note"

The video that couldn't be verified at the time of filing this report shows thumb-printing ballot papers for the APC without government supervision.

The election has been marred by pockets of violence across the country.

His post has received several reactions from social media over the uploading of polling unit results of Saturday’s presidential and National Assembly election results on its result viewing portal (IRev).

Meanwhile, Femi-Fani Kayode has dispelled the claims made by Dino Melaye.

He wrote on his page: "INEC has done no wrong. Those that are threatening fire because they lost must reign in their tongues, accept defeat and stop their threats.

Do not set Nigeria on fire, do not provoke us, do not ignite a war and do not start something you cannot finish. WE WILL DEFEND OUR MANDATE."

INEC in a press conference has allayed fears over the slow uploading of polling unit results of Saturday’s presidential and National Assembly election results on its result viewing portal (IRev).

Voting had ended in most of the over 176,000 polling units where the election was held across the country on Saturday.
