Election materials discovered on rooftop, culprits escape with ballot papers as soldiers surface

A video is making rounds of some electoral materials been retrieved from a rooftop in Zuba, Niger State.

Upon the arrival of security personnel, the culprits were said to have escaped.

The soldiers who showed up in two vehicles, met a number of residents who drew the attention of the soldiers to the electoral materials on the rooftop.

The soldiers climbed the rooftop retrieved the materials and asked the direction the culprits went.

Residents present pointed towards the direction the thugs went .

One resident was heard in the video saying that the thugs caused violence because of the Obidients.
